Stansborough Deck Chair Throw Black
Stansborough Deck Chair Throw is made with a finer yarn of Stansborough wool and Alpaca (also from the Stansborough farm). It also has a unique multi-coloured base (see the fringing).
Size: approx. 140 x 180cm
Material: 100% Stansborough Grey Wool & Alpaca.
Stansborough unique fleece comes from a rare flock of sheep originally from New Zealand's South Island. The fleece is unique as it has a naturally tight curl which, when spun into yarn, is both lustrous and strong.
Once shorn the wools are hand separated into three shades of grey. These are then naturally dyed using non-bleach, bio-degradable dyes. This all natural product is then spun on historic english looms in an age old traditional technique.
Colours may vary as the shades of the unique grey undertones of the fleece change from season to season.
